ABSTRACT
A flexible company is one that is able to manage and take advantage of the unavoidable, and not to be avoided, uncertainty through flexibility. Flexibility is a holistic notion that permeates every aspect of a company. An entrepreneur who is creating a new company has a great opportunity to design a flexible organization.
