ABSTRACT

In this chapter, I will analyze the major components of an organizationstructure, system, and strategy. Structure is related to how a company is organized, system describes how it operates, and strategy entails how it influences the environment, both internally and externally. I consider these three-structure, system, and strategy-as the primary building blocks of an organization. I further break this schema down into their subcomponents as shown in Figure 3.1 and categorize them as tangible, semitangible, and intangible. This categorization is based not on physical aspects but on how the organization utilizes them.
