ABSTRACT

Enterprises design programs to deal with each customer and related product or collection of products. These programs can appeal to many strategies to move from program entry conditions to completion, but generally a program plan of some kind is useful that clearly tells what must be done, when it must be done, and who shall do it. A cost and schedule budget is established for each task at some level of indenture and those responsible for accomplishing the tasks are required by a manager to complete the task within that budget.
