ABSTRACT
So, before we attack program planning, we must have our home court covered in the form of an enterprise design that is responsive to our enterprise requirements. Before we design a program, we should have a clear knowledge of the resources available in the functional organization structure. Once again, we intend to apply a generic or common process to every program oriented toward the program product entity structure.
