ABSTRACT

This transform process is accomplished in performing the planned work on the program, and several later chapters will focus on the related planning problems. In this chapter, we attempt to describe what knowledge the enterprise needs as the input to this process. This enterprise knowledge base is what drives the hiring done by the enterprise and the training it should accomplish for the staff. This population of employees should have been selected based on ideas that are traceable from the enterprise vision crafted in response to decisions concerning the intended enterprise customer base and product base. The people in an enterprise are the instruments through which everything happens. We are the physical architecture of the creator system banded together into functional organizations by a common knowledge space.
