ABSTRACT
Customers may ask for information about your enterprise’s willingness to participate in a program they are entertaining in the form of a request for information (RFI). The enterprise response should be to respond with a message about its intent to respond (yes or no) to a request for proposal (RFP) and, if it intends to do so, to provide information about its qualications in response to any detailed information requirements of the customer.
