ABSTRACT
A program should be served by an effective set of computer applications that assigned personnel are qualied and experienced in applying. Ideally, these tools would be to some extent coordinated or even connected as the enterprise works toward evolving a model-driven capability, as introduced in Chapter twenty-nine.
