ABSTRACT
A successful biometric system begins with a well thought-out plan and is nurtured by solid project management. A biometric system project plan is essentially similar to other project plans, and any good project manager can readily manage a biometric system project. The designated project manager just needs to fully use the skill set that made him or her successful in other areas. The project management principles are the same.
