ABSTRACT
Assay of Antitumor Activity. The liposomes were injected intraperitoneally at the dosage of 1 mg/mouse on d 2, 4, and 6 after tumor implantation. Mice undergoing similar treatment with phosphate buffered saline (PBS) alone served as controls. The mice were observed for 3 wk and tumor sizes were measured.
