ABSTRACT
Materials and Methods High n-3 triacylglycerols, ethyl esters, and fatty acids (EPAX 5500 TG, EPAX 6000 EE, EPAX 5500 EE and EPAX 6000 FA) were obtained from Pronova Biocare (Sandefjord, Norway). Martek Biosciences (Columbia, MD) provided DHASCO (high DHA triacylglycerol oil). High n-6 oil (SUNTGA) was provided by Suntory (Osaka, Japan). Immobilized lipases Lipozyme IM, Lipozyme 435, and Lipozyme TL were provided by Novo Nordisk Biochem North America, Franklinton, NC.
