ABSTRACT
We would like to avoid giving the impression that the scrum approach can only be used in manufacturing. Our educational example is one version of what we can do with the scrum approach while providing a specific kind of service. We feel that the higher intensity and tempo acceleration provide significant advantages for any team in the service industries.
