ABSTRACT
Successful project managers must deal with stakeholders at some point in their projects. These are individuals who are significant to the project, but who might not have direct influence on the project itself. For example, if the purpose of the project is to compile a new customer service database, the customer service representatives inputting the data might not have much say in the project but could make or break your success with the project. Therefore, we’d consider them stakeholders.
