Your team’s performance will ultimately determine your success as a project leader. No matter how efficient you are at getting things done, you will be unable to complete everything in need of attention without the assistance of your team. The Workflow Management Model requires that you delegate tasks to your team, but the organizational system will not help you if the things you assign to others are done wrong or not completed at all.
