ABSTRACT
The meaning of the word management is within the area of urban drainage not dened in clear terms but typically rather diffusely interpreted. It is often seen that methods of more conventional origin like treatment are considered management methods. In order not to mix up the understanding of management with more welldened technologies dealt with in other chapters, it is important to discuss, in broad terms, what urban wet weather quality management is.
