ABSTRACT
The major aims of cancer therapy are to kill tumor cells selectively without exerting adverse effects on normal cells, to halt metastasis, and to prevent the development of drug resistance. Current anti-cancer therapeutic modalities have several side effects and are potentially hazardous.
