ABSTRACT
Light snow was falling as TWA flight 412 landed in the fading light of a wintery afternoon. Surrounded by one hundred ninety-eight other weary passengers, Good man made his way slowly through the terminal build ing. Although free of its everyday bustle and noise on this quiet Sunday, the Frankfurt terminal contained a full allotment of security policemen.
