ABSTRACT

When Johanna arrived at Frankfurt Pharmaceutica with Goodman early on Monday morning, she decided she would rather not go in to see Richter. She had spent most of Sunday consoling her sister and was afraid she would not be able to control her feelings with Richter. “After what Trudi told me about the way he annoyed Peter, I’m afraid I might lose my tem per and say a lot of things that I’d regret later. Perhaps it’s better if you see him alone. I’ll walk over to the lab and talk to Dieter Hoffman. Is there anything in particular that I should ask him?”
