ABSTRACT
Only Richter, Werner, Goodman, Eriksson, and Stem participated in the conference the morning after the dinner at the Red Eagle. Instead of the larger room with its panoramic view, they sat in a smaller, windowless room adjacent to Richter’s office. The general director of the company was in an ebullient mood and as they setded in, said, “I see everyone, including Dr. Stem, has recovered from the food and drink consumed last evening.”
