ABSTRACT
The proof of this result uses a very nice and intuitive geometric result. If we have a number of short vectors in Euclidean space Ed whose sum is the zero vector, it is possible to order the vectors so that all partial sums of the vectors, taken in that order, do not stray far from the origin.
