ABSTRACT
Chapter 11 begins with a long discussion of what remains to be done in order to complete the proof of Theorem 9.1. We outline the overall plan, along with some motivation for it. We describe four problems or “snags” that arise in carrying out the plan, and we indicate how we intend to get around them.
