ABSTRACT
We offer in Chapter 1 an overview of what we plan to accomplish in this book. Since we are generalizing the work of Cohen-Moore-Neisendorfer [CMN123], we begin with a review of their program. We consider the ways in which our program diverges from theirs. Lastly we provide a chapter by chapter summary of the book, emphasizing the highlights but giving no proofs.
