ABSTRACT
Environmental Conditions Proper control of light and temperature at
optimum levels for the growth of tomatoes will increase fruit yields to their full potential. If plant nutrition is maintained at optimum levels in a hydroponic system, but optimum environmental conditions are not, fruit production will be less than the plants are capable of yielding. Light and temperature, therefore, can be either limiting or maximizing factors.
