ABSTRACT
With each new modification the predetermined nature
of the ASIP steps increases. The provision of information
is also improved. Nevertheless, ASIP does not do away with
the need for thought, and only guides the process,
steering one away from mistakes and forcing one to indulge
in unusual ("talented") thinking operations. Highly detailed manuals exist on flying aircraft or
on performing surgical operations but learning these
instructions does not make one a pilot or surgeon. Apart
from knowing the manuals, practice and habits formed
during practical experience are essential. Therefore, the
Public Institutes of Inventive Creativity plan for around
100 hours of lectures based on ASIP and 200 hours of home
assignments.
