ABSTRACT
A bulk-container transport module is a large box or bag that contains the equivalent amount of goods or materials in one or more unitloads of smaller containers. Some examples would be a wooden pallet bin to transport field crops from a farm to a packing plant, a large fabric bag to carry dry bulk materials, or a large paperboard box to transport and ship bulk goods or materials of many kinds (Figure 6.1).
