ABSTRACT
The case history of strap methods of packaging provokes an interesting contrast to traditional methods of packaging and handling items applicable to this method. It also provides insight into the innovative bulk packaging design process, which in this case included the design of the tools and machines needed to fabricate and assemble the unique box.
