ABSTRACT
This paper describes the developments achieved in combining Tube-à-Machete (TàM) installation for soil grouting with the Horizontal Directional Drilling technique (HDD) and offers an overview of the demonstration activities that have taken place in the form of a TàM/HDD test conducted at the Geocisa facility in Seseña, Spain. In addition, conclusions on applicability of this innovative technique and expected production ratios of the whole new injection system are shown.
