Teaching integrated scope-cost methods with model-based tools

The integration of software thorough BIM

[model-based] has enabled an expanded role

in efficiency analysis software and resulted in

reduced user input. The result is takeoff software

functionality to generate takeoff quantities from

an information model and then import these

quantities to the process model and then with

durations import to the cost model software.
