ABSTRACT
The indirect tensile test (ITT) conducted on c ircu lar elements of asphalt treated mixes can be used to determine the tensile properties of £ h e s e mixes. The tensile properties play a major role in determining the st i f fness , the Poisson rat io , fatigue characterist ics and the strain-at-maximum stress of this construction material .
