Crimeisstillunregulatedonthecriminalsidebuttheresourcesofthe lawandthejudiciaryuseallthetechniquesavailable.Thestockmarket ishighlyregulatedinanattempttoavoidconflictandforthesame reasonindustrialproductionissubjecttoinnumerablehealthandsafety regulations.
