ABSTRACT
Thermal actuators heating with direct electric current have been investigated in various fields. Low level electric current is required in the case of application for vehicles because of the limitation of electric source. The target of this research is focused on indirect heading of SMA using a fine wire with low level electric current. This column reports the recent activities on improving the responsibility for movement of an indirect-heated SMA actuator.
