ABSTRACT
For V = 0, St>o = 4kBTg being the Johnson-Nyquist expression with g the sample conductance. For T= 0 we get the expression for the shot noise above. Here we summarize recent experimental results of measurements of the quasiparticle charge and its evolution with varying the backscattering potential strength. The effects of temperature on, and dilution of, the quasiparticle beams will be described. Many of the results are not yet understood and need theoretical study.
