Miscellaneous P2 Practices by Ukrainian Companies
The author was involved with a number of programs throughout Central and Eastern Europe for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and World Bank missions which focused on developing in-country expertise in pollution prevention, and in assessing potential investment opportunities. Some examples of P2 projects in Ukraine are summarized in Table 20, along with the accompanying photographs referred to in the table. Table 20 simply provides some examples of the diversity of applications and range of potential savings associated with various projects among industry.
