ABSTRACT
A c c o r d i n g t o t h e c o n c e p t o f Integrated Coastal Area Management ( I C A M ) as i n t r o d u c e d i n Agenda 21, C h a p t e r 1 7 , a n d a g r e e d u p o n a t t h e United Nations Conference on Environment and Development ( U N C E D ) , as w e l l as i t s s u p p o r t i n g , s u s t a i n a b l e d e v e l o p m e n t p r i n c i p l e , t h e c o n s e q u e n t m e t h o d o l o g i c a l n e e d s a r e t a k e n i n t o c o n s i d e r a t i o n .
