ABSTRACT
All silo tests involve numerous test conditions many of which are unchange able. It is important to report not only on those which have been chosen or specifically studied, but also to report on those other test conditions without which comparison with other tests might be difficult or even meaningless. A list of test conditions that ought to be reported is given below. Dust or similar problems might call for an extra test where for example filling (or discharge) is interrupted a number of times to allow for the dust to settle, so that the required information can be obtained.
