Abstract In this paper, PC (Polymer Cement) and HPCM (High Polymer Cement Mortar) are made of cement paste and cement mortar, respectively, which contain a new type of acrylic emulsion. Contrary to conventional cement mortar, this type allows for flexible
deformation.
