ABSTRACT
MIP and gas adsorption, most commonly nitrogen adsorption, are two of the most widely used methods for obtaining information about the pore structure of cement-based materials. For this reason, when a new method is introduced or developed to determine the pore structure characteristics of cement-based materials, the results are usually compared to MIP and/or to nitrogen adsorption results.
