ABSTRACT
The overall process of RN EH101 workload analysis was composed of a series of analyses that covered mission analyses, task analyses, empirical observation and the use of knowledge elicited from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The overall analysis process will be briefly discussed as an introduction to a more detailed discussion on the decision and error analysis component of the study. A necessary aspect of all the analyses was an emphasis throughout on the importance of customer participation in the conduct of the study.
