ABSTRACT
Work in process control requires successful co-operation between different partners such as production planners, supervisors, shift foremen, operators, and maintenance personnel. The work is done in more or less “official” teams. As one of the interviewees told us (at least this has become “true” during the industrial phase of paper production): “Nobody has ever made paper alone.”
