ABSTRACT
This chapter is concerned with the presentation o f a conceptual fram e w ork and m ethodology for com prehensive productivity and quality p lan ning in organizations. Basic forecasting techniques that will assist in productivity and quality planning are discussed. Technological forecast ing is presented as a tool in the overall planning process.
