ABSTRACT
A BASIC computer program was developed to illustrate estimation of item and ability parameters using Gibbs sampler. The computer program is based on the Baker's (1988) FORTRAN translation of the Albert's (1992) MATLAB program under the two-parameter normal ogive model.
