Operations improved in 1988 for United States regulated petroleum pipeline companies.
In almost all categories tracked by the Annual Oil & Gas Journal Pipeline Economics Reports, data from annual reports filed with the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) showed improvements or were little worse than flat when compared with earlier data.
