ABSTRACT
Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) evaluates more than 80,000 products in more than 17,000 categories annually, including many items for the petroleum equipment industry. UL conducts investigations on products to determine compliance with nationally and/or internationally recognized safety standards, including standards published by UL, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), American National Standards Institute (ANSI), American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM), and the International Electrotechnical Commission (1EC).
