ABSTRACT
As noted in Chapter 10, Underwriters' Laboratories of Canada (ULC) is a not-forprofit organization with headquarters in Toronto, (Scarborough), Ontario, Canada. It is a Canadian safety, certification, testing, quality registration, and standards development organization. ULC has been certifying and developing standards for flammable and combustible liquid storage products for more than 50 years.
