ABSTRACT
Although the attitude and performance of the operator on the job are the key elements in attaining and maintaining product quality, including the quality of workmanship, the routine measurement and control of in-process and final quality conformance are necessary. Quality audits provide a means of assuring that conformance is actually attained.
