Other reported vapor phase oxidations include palladium/vanadium oxide [4,5], palladium/vanadium/antimony oxides on alumina [6,7], and palladium/phosphoric acid on silica [8,9]; in the latter case, National Distillers claimed acetic acid selectivities of 90% at conversions of ca. 15%.
