ABSTRACT
I. INTRODUCTION Military facilities include a wide range of bases, installations, maintenance facilities, manu facturing plants, factories, as well as installations in foreign countries and temporary facilities established in support of combat operations. Some military facilities are similar to cities and towns; others are highly specialized facilities producing unique munitions; others resemble of fice complexes. Some facilities are rented.
