ABSTRACT

The Regulatory Systems with Participation o f Neuromediators Complex regulatory systems are known to function in animal tissues, such as cholinergic, adrenergic, dopaminergic, serotoninergic, and histaminergic. Each system includes a mediator of low molecular weight, en zymes of its synthesis and catabolism, and a receptor sensitive to the mediator. They are involved in operative reception and transmission of external excitation along the organism and realization of fast reaction in a response. The signal is directly transmitted by diffusing acetylcholine and biogenic amines in special contacts-synapses that contain two cells distinguished by narrow synaptic chink (North, 1986, 1994).
