ABSTRACT
There are nearly 40 million Hispanic s in the U.S. and growing. Yet unlike most other ethnic groups, Hispanics are retaining their culture and language. That makes serving them of special importance, requiring different strategie s and methods compared with handling non-Hispanic Americans.
