The description of models of phenomena taking place in the atmosphere is begun with the assumption: the atmosphere state can be defined by several smooth with respect to space variables functions and these functions are smooth with respect to time. From the conservation mass, momentum and energy laws and from thermodynamical properties of air a system of partial differential equations. The same or similar systems are suitable for a description of arbitrary gas and liquid follows. In the following chapters simplifications of the obtained "full" system will be fulfilled and investigated. Such simplified systems happen to be more convenient for studying and numerical solution.
