ABSTRACT
The United States military has over 1.3 million personnel, with more than half (55%) married (Mancini & Archambault, 2000). In addition, over 1.2 million children and youth from birth to age 18 live in military families (Mancini & Archambault, 2000), with approximately 300,000 of them being between 12 and 18.
